In the spirit of the Good Samaritan, Hephzibah has been there for abused, and neglected children since 1900. We continue to maintain a philosophy of creating a "family environment" in each resident home. Because of this we are able to center the home around a foster couple serving as parents and we can give the children a sense of love, respect, dignity, self esteem, safety, godly counseling and a chance at a good education which will enhance their possibilities for the future.

Hephzibah Children's Home is a place that sees every child as wonderfully and beautifully made in the image of God.
